INCREDIBLE VILLA FRONT THE SEA

Located on the first line of the sea in the small port and old fishing village of Fornells, right next to the Hotel Aiguablava and the cove of the same name, the property enjoys an irreplaceable situation, with the sea at the door, jetty and pool saltwater. The house takes its name from the small rocky islets of «Ses Planelles» and «Sailla Blanca» that protect the house from the sea.

This spectacular villa built on a plot of about 1000m2 and a constructed area of 900m2 is structured on three levels communicated by a staircase and a large lift. It has private garden, porches, garage, swimming pool and ramp-jetty with winch for mooring and mooring of small boats.
